As a frequent RVer, I have learned the importance of having a hose reel for my RV. It may seem like a small and insignificant piece of equipment, but it has proven to be an essential item for me on my travels.
First and foremost, having a hose reel makes it much easier to keep my RV clean and tidy. Whether it’s washing the exterior or rinsing off dirty camping gear, having a hose reel allows me to easily access water without having to unravel and drag a long hose around. This not only saves time but also minimizes the risk of tripping over the hose or getting it tangled.
Moreover, most campsites have designated water hookups for RVs, and these hookups are often located at a distance from the parking spot. With a hose reel, I can easily extend the length of my hose to reach the hookup without having to move my entire RV closer. This is especially helpful when camping at crowded sites where space is limited.
